1 Appellant, Kenneth Eugene Sutton, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged in the District Court, Tulsa County, Case No. CRF-75-1606, for the offense of Knowingly Concealing Stolen Property, After Former Conviction of a Felony. He was tried to a jury and convicted. Punishment was assessed at ten (10) years imprisonment. From said judgment and sentence a timely appeal has been perfected to this Court.
