Order GRANTING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION and ORDER WITHDRAWING OPINION and PUBLISHING SUBSTITUTED OPINION On August 31, 1992, this court filed an opinion reversing the superior court decision in the above-entitled case. This court having considered Capitol Bankers motion for reconsideration filed September 21, 1992, and the answer thereto, and a majority of the judges being of the opinion that reconsideration should be granted; now, therefore, it is hereby Ordered that reconsideration is granted, and further Ordered that the court's prior opinion filed August 31, 1992 is withdrawn and the attached opinion substituted therefor.
